This apartment type comprises a full kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable lounge and dining area, laundry, Queen beds in each bedroom, two televisions, DVD player, stereo, balcony, video intercom. The apartment will be serviced by Housekeeping six days per week (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

The maximum occupancy is four people in the existing bedding. An additional person may be accommodated with the provision of a rollaway bed at an additional charge.
