Conditions:

Minimum 5 nights stay. Reservations have a strict 7 day cancellation policy, this also includes any amendments to your arrival and departure dates.

Rates in a 1 bedroom are for 2 people, Rates in a 2 bedroom are for 4 people. If you require an extra bed for an additional person it is charged at $35 per night.

BOOKINGS MADE OVER THE NEW YEAR PERIOD ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A $1000 CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION OR A CASH BOND OF $1000. FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A 'NO PARTY POLICY' DOCUMENT. ANY BREACHES TO THE POLICY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR BOOKING WITHOUT REFUND.
