If the booking is to be paid by a third party's credit card, please download the Credit Card Payment Authorisation Form from the Property Overview link. The form needs to be completed and faxed back to Quest on Dorcas with a front and back photocopy of the respective credit card. Alternatively, please contact Reception. |
